Recreational Coach – Artistic Gymnastics Position
Join our GROWING Recreational Gymnastics Program. Candidates must have a minimum Level 1 NCCP artistic + trampoline certification or higher. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recreational gymnastics programs is also an asset. Our club is offering a competitive salary, based on qualifications and years’ experience, Norfort also offers a comprehensive benefits package and a bonus is provided twice a year.
The position is based on a 35 – 40 hour per week work schedule mostly consisting of afternoons, evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and assisting with programming in different levels of our recreational program as needed. Strong understanding of concepts, procedures and Gymnastics for All is required. Acro, Cheer, gymnestrada and T&T program experience is an asset. Candidates must be able to demonstrate that you have coached athletes through various recreational based programs and have a strong understanding of the CanGym Badge program. Opportunity to coach within our competitive program is a possibility, based on qualification and certifications.
