Tumblers is looking for an energetic, collaborative, proactive, and client-centric general manager to join our club.

You are someone who thrives in a busy and challenging environment. You are highly organized and can deal with the day-to-day while keeping an eye on the longer-term objectives.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will lead the Tumblers management team to achieve the following objectives:
Establish corporate priorities
Develop and administer programs
Identify and manage funding sources
Allocate resources in support of strategic long-term plans and daily deliverables.
As an effective, bilingual communicator, you will contribute to existing positive, productive, and transparent relationships with all stakeholders, including team members, parents, staff, gymnastics governing bodies and other clubs, and community partners.
Demonstrating respect and integrity, you will facilitate cooperative decision-making and collaborative action. Supported by the management team, you will foster a work environment that encourages progressive management, continuous quality and process improvement, and a client-centred approach. Additionally, you will set clear expectations and accountabilities. You will lead, inspire, motivate, and engage the Tumblers team of program heads, part-time coaches, administrative employees, and many volunteers.
With an eye to the future, you will establish and monitor the long-range strategy to ensure we continue to achieve our mission, and make consistent and timely progress on our goals. You will also lead the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies.

We are located in the east end of Ottawa, Ontario. We offer recreational and competitive programs (men’s artistic gymnastics, women’s artistic gymnastics, and trampoline). Our clients range from 18 months to our older high-performance athletes who compete at the provincial and national levels. We are proud to have been part of our community for 30 years and counting.
