Toni Norman Receives HP Coach of the Year Award – Women’s Artistic

Toni Norman has made her career focus on not only excellence in the technical aspects of gymnastics, but more importantly understanding the athletes needs from a psychological perspective.  The athlete is always put at the forefront of every decision.

Toni has dedicated her time and energy not only to full time coaching, but has sat on the Women’s Technical Committee for several years, is a clinician for the Aspire and Novice Training Camps for Beam and is a dedicated volunteer for development of this program.

Toni has developed and coached many Novice and Junior athletes.  She has also continuously supported the Aspire Program with as many as nine athletes in these categories and has shown tremendous success.

Toni is also actively involved in assisting with the training camps for Canadians and works with several clubs to support their athletes as well.

Natasha Rodrigues moved from Level 8 to Novice High Performance in one season.
