Brooklyn Moors’ Success and Elegance at 2017 World Gymnastics Championship

Congratulations to all the athletes and coaches who represented Team Canada this past week at the 2017 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships, in Montreal, including Ontario’s own at Brooklyn Moors and coach Elvira Saadi (Dynamo Gymnastics).

 

This was Brooklyn’s first World Championships and she had a fantastic first day of competition in which she qualified for the All-Around and Floor Finals.  Ellie Black competed in the All-Around (with Brooklyn) and won silver in the All-Around competition, a historic placing for Canada!

 

Brooklyn continued to impress with finishing 15th in the All-Around as well as 5th in Floor Finals and was awarded the Longines Prize for Elegance.
