Cassandra joined Pulsars Gymnastics in 2022 and is the kind of coach every parent hopes for in their child’s recreational class.
Her impact was immediate and profound. Cassandra not only motivated fellow coaches to excel, but also took on the role of Co-Active Start Director at Pulsars, overseeing programming for all classes catering to children aged 0-5. Her passion and dedication shine through in her coaching, where she inspires athletes to reach their full potential and foster a love for the sport. One of Cassandra’s remarkable strengths lies in her ability to handle children with difficult behaviours. She approaches each child with patience and empathy, always finding ways to integrate them effectively into the class.
As a leader, Cassandra’s approachability and value for input creates an environment that fosters growth and excellence among her team of coaches.
This year Cassandra attended Canadian Adventure Camp to improve her coaching skills and take the Comp 1 course. She also attended the Gymnastics Ontario Coach Development Clinic and the Foundations Active Start Course.
