How do I know what membership to register my athletes as?

How do I register participants?
All registrations go through Gymnastics Ontario’s registration site. Instructions on how to do so can be found on our administrator help pages.

When should I register a participant?
Participants need to be registered within 15 days of starting activities.
Insurance FAQ
How can I get a copy of my certificate of insurance?
All certificates of insurance are sent directly by the insurance copy in April. If you do not receive it you can reach out to either operations@gymnasticsontario.ca or membership@gymnasticsontario.ca.
How do I add my landlord as additionally insured?
To get a certificate of insurance amended with additional insured, please complete the form and sent it to operations@gymnasticsontario.ca.
Are ninja activities covered under the Gymnastics Ontario insurance policy?
To have your ninja activities covered under the Gymnastics Ontario policy, clubs have their ninja program sanctioned. To do so, complete the application and submit it to gfa@gymnasticsontario.ca for approval. Gymnastics Ontario does not sanction any parkour programs. The name “parkour” must not be used to receive sanctioning.

Where can I find policy templates I can use at my club?
Gymnastics Ontario member clubs have access to policy templates through a partnership with the Canadian Federation of Independent Businesses (CFIB). Policy templates can be found in the CFIB member portal. For assistance accessing this, please reach out to the Membership Services Manager – membership@gymnasticsontario.ca.
