Gymnastics Ontario has services in place to support member clubs in running a successful business. These include membership to the Canadian Federation for Independent Business (CFIB), a partner advantages with Uplifter for club registrations, and access to an Employee Benefits package. Clubs are also encouraged to promote and follow the True Sport Principles.
Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB)

All Gymnastics Ontario Member Clubs are True Sport Members. Clubs are encouraged to have all coaches, staff and board take the pledge. Clubs can download the True Sport declaration certificate, sign it and hang it in a prominent place for all to see.
Employee Benefits
Gymnastics Ontario works with Benefits by Design to offer clubs employee benefits. Offering your employees benefits is an excellent way to offer an extra advantage over other potential jobs. The benefits package is available to all registered clubs in good standing.
