Gymnastics Ontario hosted a Provincial training camp for Acrobatic gymnastics Levels 5-7 at Woodbridge Academy of Gymnastics November 22, 2015. Training camps such as this bring together dedicated coaches, clinicians and athletes from various Ontario clubs, allowing for instruction, motivation and inspiration beyond respective day-to-day environments.
The Acro camp focused on choreography, partner skills, and tumbling in preparation for the upcoming 2016 competitive season. We hope everyone who attended feels more equipped than ever!
