What is HIGH FIVE?
HIGH FIVE® is Canada’s quality standard for children’s recreation and sport. Before HIGH FIVE, no standard existed and there was a clear need for an innovative approach to help organizations enhance program quality and provide positive experiences for children, which would remain with them for a lifetime.
Intro to HIGH FIVE:
Today, HIGH FIVE holds true to the five Principles of healthy child development that research indicates are essential for quality programs:

How To Get Involved
HIGH FIVE offers a number of training courses aimed at helping clubs put children first by addressing their social, emotional and cognitive needs. In addition, HIGH FIVE provides organizations with clear roadmaps to assess, develop, measure and adopt child-focused policies and procedures.
