Are you passionate about gymnastics and inspiring young athletes? Niagara Falls Lightning Gymnastic Club is hiring for the following positions:
- Recreational Gymnastics Coach (Part-Time)
Help young athletes build confidence, coordination, and skills in a fun and positive environment. This role involves teaching children aged 18 months and up through engaging and age-appropriate classes.
- Compensation: $16.70 – $21.20/hour
- Qualifications: NCCP Foundations or equivalent, First Aid/CPR, and more.
- Hours: Flexible evening and weekend shifts, 6-12 hours per week.
- Competitive Gymnastics Coach (Part-Time)
Lead competitive athletes to success with advanced coaching and technical expertise. You’ll help prepare gymnasts for competitions while fostering a supportive and challenging environment.
- Compensation: $20.70 – $28.70/hour
- Qualifications: NCCP Level 1 Certified Artistic or Foundations, First Aid/CPR, and experience coaching competitive programs.
- Hours: Evening and weekend shifts, 6-16 hours per week, with additional hours available in recreational programs.
- Gymnastics Coach in Training (CIT) (Part-Time)
Gain hands-on experience as a Coach in Training! This role is perfect for individuals eager to learn and assist with both recreational and competitive classes.
- Volunteer to Paid Pathway: The first 40 hours are volunteer-based (eligible for high school community service requirements), transitioning to student minimum wage.
- Qualifications: Basic gymnastics experience, First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain), and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Hours: Flexible shifts, 6-12 hours per week.
