Nick Mallia is the Men’s Artistic Head Coach at the Pulsars Gymnastics Club.
Under Nick’s leadership Pulsars is proud to have the largest boys competitive program in Ontario. Nick has created a safe and positive training environment for our young male athletes. This year our men’s artistic program did incredibly well, with two athletes earning a spot at Eastern Canadian Championships (artistic level 4 and 5). Nick had three athletes compete at National Championships with the following results:
Jayden Meilen placed 1st on floor and vault
Brandon Yap Young placed 3rd on high bar
Brandon Yap Young placed 4th All Around
Nick was the team coach for the Gymnastics Ontario National Open team taking first place in the team competition.
Nick also brought our level 5 tumbling athlete to Easterns.
Nick is currently applying for his Advanced Coaching Diploma and has been invited to take the Comp 4 course.
Nick is a great role model for all of our recreational and competitive athletes. Nick works with individuals to improve there attitude, skills, outlook on life, performance in school, physical abilities, mental health and confidence.
