We are located in Cobourg, Ontario, 35mins east of Oshawa. We have expanded to have over 10,000sq ft. of gym space and are looking for positive and enthusiastic coaches to expand our team of coaches. We are looking for Competitive coaches and a Gym manager. Positions can be joined together to create Full time positions. Great opportunity for growing coaches to reach their full potential.
Gym Manager
Certification, Introduction to Competition or Level 2 is an asset. Minimum 2yrs of experience with coaching at an advance recreational level is a requirement.
Job entails assisting the head coach with managing the gym as a whole. Administrative duties, organizing programs, event planning, overseeing the gym at times and many other duties.
WAG Competitive Coaching Position
Certification, Introduction to Competition or Level 2 is an asset. We are willing to train the best candidate. Minimum 2yrs of experience with coaching at an advance recreational level is a requirement.
MAG Competitive Coaching Position
Certification, Introduction to Competition or Level 2 is an asset. We are willing to train the best candidate. Minimum 2yrs of experience with coaching at a minimum advance recreational level is a requirement.
Trampoline Competitive Coaching Position
Certification Level 2 is a requirement, Minimum 2yrs of experience coaching at a minimum advance recreational level is a requirement.
All Coaching Positions
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, and daytime hours
- Experience working with children and/or youth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a team setting
- Motivated, energetic, friendly, responsible, can follow instructions
- Vulnerable sector check required (18+)
Salary is hourly and based on experience and certification.
