The 26th annual L’international Gymnix was held this past weekend, March 10-12, 2017 at the Complexe Sportif Claude-Robillard. Canada sent 24 athletes as 5 full teams to participate in the Junior and Senior Cups.
Ontario gymnasts assisted in three teams:
Junior: Ana Padurariu (Gemini Gymnastics)
Junior East: Megan DiPietro (Dynamo Gymnastics)
Senior 1: Jade Chrobok (Gemini Gymnastics), Brooklyn Moors (Dynamo Gymnastics) and Megan Roberts, (East York Gymnastics)

Team Canada 1 (Senior) won 1st with a score of 158.871 and Team Canada 2 (Senior) placed 3rd with a score of 157.070.
Team Canada (Junior) placed 4th and Team Canada (Junior East) finished 6th in the team competition.
Ontario Highlights:
Junior – Ana Padurariu was Canada’s top performer, finishing third on the uneven bars with a score of 14.134 and fourth place on the floor.
Senior – Megan Roberts captured the silver medal on floor finals with a score of 13.567 and 8th in the beam finals. Jade Chrobok won the silver medal on the beam with a score of 13.275 and 4th on bars. Also, in her first senior international competition, Brooklyn Moors finished 4th on beam with a score of 13.175, 0.100 behind Jade and 4th in vault finals and 5th on floor.
