The annual Gymnastics Ontario Coaching Congress offers up-to-date professional development sessions for Ontario gymnastics coaches of all levels and disciplines. We bring highly respected conductors from across Canada and abroad to enhance our understanding of our sport and optimize our motivation for the upcoming season.
Training sessions range from new & out of the box progressions and teaching techniques to sport psychology, child psychology, concussion research, understanding changes in code and compulsory routines, talent identification and even nutrition.

WAG Development Camp
August 28th, 2016 was an educational day for gymnasts and coaches alike as we brought in top coaches from Canada, the USA and the Netherlands to bring fresh ideas to the table. Camps like these allow coaches to learn from one another, gymnasts to meet their peers, and ultimately, strengthen gymnastics in Ontario. A big thank you to all of our clinicians, coaches, gymnasts, organizers and our host Milton Springers Gymnastics Club!
