We are looking for a bright & energetic individual to lead our Birthday Parties on Saturday & Sunday’s. Our Birthday parties are 2hrs in length; 1hr 15mins of coach lead activities followed by 45 mins in our party room. Our Birthday hosts are what truly make our parties great. They set the tone, create the fun, & most importantly, celebrate!
Duties:
- Leading groups of Children throughout the gym
- Managing safety of Children
- Following gym schedule & rotation
- Party room Set-up, Clean up & Tear down
- Ensuring all guests have signed off on participation waiver
- Event station set up (Circuit set up) & tear down, so as to not interfere with other ongoing training activities in the gym.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
Ideal Candidates:
- Leadership skills
- Works Independently
- Great with children aged 0-12yo
- Loud & proud
- First aid certified
- Good communication skills
- Open weekend availability
- Passed applicable experience
