At Pegasus Gymnastics we teach quality gymnastics in a family-friendly environment. We are looking for an Instructional Gymnastics Director to join our team.
The Instructional Gymnastics Director will be responsible for:
- Managing the Recreational and Kinder Programs
- Coach management, supervision, and mentorship
- Create and manage programming planning
- Coaching in the recreational and kinder programs
Education and Skill Requirements:
- NCCP Artistic and Trampoline Foundations, C1 preferred or willing to obtain
- Minimum 1 year of Supervisory experience
- Minimum 3 years of recreational gymnastics coaching experience
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and team oriented
