Scarborough Gym Elites is hiring a part-time competitive coach and a part-time program support representative. We welcome applications from people who are interested in working hard, learning, and being part of a diverse team who are committed to our focus of healthy humans, safety, and quality gymnastics.
Part-Time Competitive Coach: We are seeing a coach to cover a parental leave beginning in December 2023. Whether you are an experienced competitive coach or a rec coach looking to move into competitive coaching we want to hear from you! This position will work with our youngest gymnasts and a minimum commitment of 6 hours / week is required. There is opportunity for more hours and for ongoing work beyond the leave coverage.
Part-Time Program Support Representative: This individual is the first point of contact with customers and visitors and will provide friendly, professional service, that is aligned with Club values and expectations. Duties will include program support, customer service, and a variety of related clerical/administrative tasks. This part-time position is 20-26 hours per week which includes evening and weekend work. The right person will find many growth opportunities.
About Scarborough Gym Elites: Scarborough Gym Elites is in the beautiful Rouge Valley area of south-east Scarborough just five minutes south of the 401. The Club was founded in 1999 as a “not-for-profit” sports organization and is managed by a team of coaches and business professionals who all share a passion for gymnastics. Our 10,000 square foot facility is fully airconditioned and boasts an impressive inventory of gymnastics equipment and training aids. More than 800 children in our community participate in our various programs each year which include recreational gymnastics, camps, and a WAG competitive program.
