Trampoline Drills and Progressions

Marty Myers will guide you through various trampoline drills.  He will begin with simple drills to add variety and fun to your athletes workout and will advance to more complex drills to develop a Senior National level trampolinist.  Marty will also demonstrate various progressions to help introduce higher level skills.  These progressions are designed to increase spatial awareness.  They also help to reduce fear and prevent injuries.  If you are looking to develop a high level athlete you are not going to want to miss this presentation!
